Job description
Responsibilities:
Daily operations of the retail store.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and address customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements to offer the latest innovations to our customers.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control measures
Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to enhance the overall store appearance
Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers or other team members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary + Commission can go up to 80K annually.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
